Find help by topic

Browse common support topics, find answers, or start a request when you need more help.

Campaign assets, logos, images, and related files can be found in the Resource Library when they are available. Look for downloadable files on the material detail page.

If you need a specific file type, size, or version that is not listed, submit a request and include as much detail as possible about where the asset will be used.

To help us route your request, include the topic, audience, timeline, location, and where the promotion may appear. For example, let us know if you are planning social media, digital ads, print materials, radio, video, email, or event promotion.

You do not need to have every detail figured out before submitting a request. A rough idea is enough to get started.

Request campaign support

Start by identifying who you are trying to reach and what action you want them to take. Materials may be organized by topic, audience, language, and intended use.

If you are choosing between several options, submit a request and describe your audience, community, and goal. We can help point you toward the most relevant materials.

Yes. Custom training requests can be submitted through the support form. Include the topic, audience, preferred timing, number of expected attendees, and any specific goals or questions you want the training to address.

The more detail you include, the easier it is to route the request to the right team.

Request a training

Training materials may be available through the event detail page, recording page, or Resource Library. If materials are not posted, submit a request with the training name and date.

Search training materials

Trainings may be designed for grantees, community partners, program staff, local public health agencies, youth-serving organizations, or other partners. Check the training description for audience details.

If you are unsure whether a training is a good fit, submit a request and include your role, organization, and what you hope to learn.

Ask about a training

Start with the Resource Library and try searching by topic, keyword, language, or material type. If you still cannot find what you need, submit a support request and describe what you are looking for.

Include any details that may help, such as the topic, audience, file type, or how you plan to use the resource.

Search Resource Library

Submit a support request and include the resource title, page URL, and a brief description of the issue. For example, let us know if a link is broken, a file will not download, a date is outdated, or the content no longer seems accurate.

Report an issue

If you cannot log in, first check that you are using the correct email address and that you have access to your verification or password reset email.

If the issue continues, submit a support request and include your name, organization, email address, and a description of what is happening.

Evaluation and data resources may be available in the Resource Library or Grantee Tools section. These may include templates, guidance documents, data collection tools, or reporting resources.

Use filters or search terms related to evaluation, reporting, data, surveys, outcomes, or program measures.

Search data resources

Submit a request with your program area, project goal, reporting requirement, and the type of activity you are tracking. If you already have a template or tool you are using, include that as well.

A clear description of the activity will help the right team provide guidance.
