FY26 CEPEG End of Year + End of Grant Reporting + QPR Training, 5.21.26

It has come to our attention that the end-of-year reporting due dates provided by CEPEG during the End of Year/Grant Reporting + TFCA Reflection Webinar on May 21, 2026, conflict with the deadlines listed in your contract’s Scope of Work (SOW). Please accept our apologies for this oversight and the confusion it has caused. As mentioned in the webinar, all grantees will receive an email from CEPEG by June 10 with the reporting links. To honor the deliverable due dates in your SOWs, the revised deadlines for the Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) and End of Grant Report are as follows:

• Local Public Health Agencies:
  • CEPEG QPR annual block section (satisfies Annual Report deliverable) due by June 30
  • CEPEG End of Grant Report, covers all three years (satisfies a final project report deliverable) due to CEPEG by June 30
• Community-Led Grantees:
  • CEPEG QPR annual block section (satisfies Annual Report deliverable) due to CEPEG July 15
  • CEPEG End of Grant Report (satisfies Final Comprehensive project report and covers all three years) due to CEPEG by June 30
• TA Providers:
  • CEPEG QPR, annual block section (satisfies Annual Progress Report deliverable) due to CEPEG by July 15
  • CEPEG End of Grant Report (satisfies the Evaluation Results Report due June 30) due to CEPEG by June 30
• Competitive Innovation Grantees:
  • CEPEG QPR, annual block section (satisfies Annual Report deliverable) due to CEPEG by July 15
  • End of Grant Report (satisfies final comprehensive project report deliverable) due to CEPEG by June 30
• Continuation Grantees:
  • CEPEG QPR, annual block section (satisfies Annual Report deliverable) due to CEPEG by June 30
• Media/Communications:
  • CEPEG QPR annual block section (satisfies Annual Report deliverable) due June 30
  • CEPEG End of Grant Report (satisfies final project report deliverable and covers all three years) due to CEPEG by June 30
