Learning Community Call: February 8, 2018 (Health Neighborhood)

Today’s conversation featured a presentation from Meredith Warman, Broomfield CO on two BTEPP projects. In one BTEPP linked with their local Diabetes Prevention Program linking tobacco screening and connection to existing processes for enrollees diagnosed with pre-diabetes and enrolled in the DPP. In the other, connection to tobacco resource were linked to inmate discharge + community connection services for those leaving the Broomfield Co jail. Afterward, BHWP facilitated a lively Q/A. And finally STEPP made themselves available to provide statewide updates and answer questions regarding the new Resources site and the new QuitLine web-based service.
