Lauren Williams, PharmD from Longs Peak Hospital describes their multi-modal, pharmacy-led tobacco cessation program. Jim Pavlik (BHWP) facilitated a Q/A after her 20-minute presentation. Wes Nuffer (Skaggs School of Pharmacy) briefly described a pharmacy-centered program happening in TriCounty and invited grantees to find pharmacists in their areas who might be interested in vacant seats during an upcoming training (TBD). Michelle Lynch (STEPP) shared information regarding the statewide pharmacists prescribing protocol and issues surrounding Medicaid and billing.
