SF MUH Q3 Learning Community Call 03 19 2024

This is the third in a series of four Learning Community Calls provided by the Smoke-free Multiunit Housing TA. Our focus will be on the correlation between secondhand marijuana smoke and its intrinsic relationship to cannabis consumption in multi-unit housing (MUH). This topic is closely tied to similar disputes in the tobacco control context. We are excited to share our latest presentation, which we recently presented to the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). The presentation provides a comprehensive overview of the five steps to equitable enforcement. This valuable information aims to empower our community members with the knowledge needed to address concerns related to secondhand smoke in their housing communities. During the session, we will delve into the recent complaints received from Tobacco Free Co. and collaboratively review them as a group. Together, we will work towards identifying effective solutions to reduce the prevalence of secondhand smoke exposure in our housing communities.
