Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act Complaints Delay

Due to a bug in the submission website, many of the Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act Complaints have been missed. This bug has been fixed, and the backlog of complaints from January-present are being processed. Complaints will be sent to LHAs as soon as possible.
