CSPH TA Team Announcement: New Draft Ordinance Request Form

Due to the influx of youth access and smoke-free draft ordinance requests coming from grantees to the CSPH Technical Assistance team, there is now a process in place to request ordinance language from our Legal TA provider, Wendy Morrison, JD.

• All ordinance language requests must be submitted through the linked Tobacco Control Ordinance Draft Request Form.
• A request form submission is needed even if you have been in close contact with your TA provider about your policy process.
• Forms must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of when the ordinance language is needed.

All requests submitted with less than 2 weeks notice will be considered on a case by case basis with no guarantees. Please let your Colorado School of Public Health TA Provider know if/when you submit an ordinance request form as soon as possible. Thank you!
