Info on FY21 Invoices

When signing monthly Tobacco invoices, please make sure your invoices aren’t being locked at signing.

If the invoices are locked, STEPP POCs are unable to sign the invoices to move forward for processing and payment. In addition, please be sure to use the FY21 invoice template provided by your STEPP POC. FY20 invoice templates may not have accurate information for FY21 and will cause delays in payment processing.
