May Pilot Testing of New Monthly Equity Progress Self-Assessment Tool
The Center for Black Health and Equity is thrilled to announce an exciting phase in our Equity-Driven Tobacco Portfolio initiativeโa pivotal project aimed at helping us integrate equity in all aspects of tobacco control. To help you keep track of your progress, we've created a brief monthly questionnaire to understand how well you use fairness, social justice, and tobacco control ideas in your work. May has been designated a testing and feedback period for LPHA and RFA Community-Led grantees. The tool will officially be launched for use in June. What This Means for You: This month serves as your opportunity to engage with the portfolio tool and identify potential areas for improvement, ensuring that the framework and tools provided align well with your needs and the communities you serve. We Value Your Feedback: Your insights and feedback are invaluable to us. We encourage you to explore every aspect of the initiative during this testing phase and share your thoughts on how it can be enhanced. Whether it's a tweak in the process or a major adjustment, your input is essential for making this initiative as impactful as possible:
All feedback will be considered carefully, and necessary changes will be implemented to enhance the effectiveness of our collective efforts. We are committed to refining this initiative based on your input to better serve our communities. Thank you for your commitment to advancing health equity through effective tobacco control. Your participation is not only valuable but essential to our success. Reach out with questions or feedback to Sterling Fulton, Director of Training and Evaluation at
