Metro Area Cessation Classes - February 20, 2020

Sheridan Health Services, located in Denver, but near Jefferson, Douglas, and Arapahoe Counties offer group-based tobacco cessation classes as part of their behavioral health services (such as RAISE Families for Health), even when individuals receiving the service are not actually patients at Sheridan.

Given this, anyone in surrounding communities can participate, as well as Sheridan patients. Participant incentives (i.e. payments and prize drawings held during group sessions) are also being offered. Contact Christine Garver-Apgar,
