New Rural Youth Engagement Toolkit

A new toolkit was created by CADCA for Grangers, young people, coalitions, community-serving organizations, faith-based organizations and other groups that seek to meaningfully engage rural youth. The toolkit helps these groups address substance misuse issues in their communities and achieve positive community change through comprehensive strategies with a focus on policy and advocacy.
