Q4 reports and annual reports

Please note that the Q4 QPR will be released on June 16th. This is being sent out early in order to give grantees a full four weeks to complete the FY 21 year-end reporting requirements. This quarterly report includes a short series of annual questions, including key accomplishments and challenges/barriers. The QPR information will be emailed to the contacts on file with CEPEG. Please let us know if there are any changes to your organization’s QPR contact information. Below is a list of key dates with designated office hours for help with the QPR. Of course, you can reach out to evaluationta@ucdenver.edu at any time with questions you may have. Key dates to know for this reporting cycle: June 16 – QPR Released to Grantees June 24 – QPR Office Hours 11 am-12 pm link June 30 – QPR DUE for Grantees discontinuing at the end of FY 21 July 8 – QPR Office Hours 12-1 pm link July 12 – QPR Office Hours 1-2 pm link July 15 – QPR DUE
