QPR Due July 15!

The FY 21 Q4 QPR which includes annual questions was released earlier this month giving continuing grantees four full weeks to complete the year-end reporting. The annual reporting is a short series of questions asking about key accomplishments, challenges/barriers, COVID-19 impact and evaluation activities. The QPR was emailed to the contacts on-file with CEPEG. Please keep us updated with changes for your organization’s QPR contact information.
