QuitLine User Follow-up Survey Questions Needed

National Jewish Health (NJH), Colorado’s QuitLine provider, conducts follow-up surveys to assess participants’ tobacco use status and overall satisfaction with their QuitLine experience. Surveys are conducted via the web and by phone, approximately 7 months after program completion. Our partners at NJH have graciously offered to add one or two qualitative questions, pertaining to how participants interact with the QuitLine and how the services may be improved. There are a few examples of the nature of questions we are seeking below.

  • Was there anything surprising about your QuitLine experience?
  • What could be done to improve the QuitLine experience?
  • What was most appealing about your QuitLine experience?
  • What was the hardest part of your QuitLine experience?

STEPP will be accepting your suggestions for qualitative questions / topics through COB Wednesday, August 31. Please submit them via email to

Keith Cooper

, Tobacco Cessation Intervention Coordinator.
