Reading Corner: Tobacco smoking rates are decreasing in people with major depression and substance use disorder

The most recent National Survey on Drug Use and Health found significant declines in smoking rates for individuals with major depression, a substance use disorder, or both. These survey results are from the 2019 iteration, so we should be careful extrapolating what may have happened among these populations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Read the article here!
