State of Black Health: A Call for Health Justice

Save the date! Join us in Charlotte, North Carolina, from September 15 through September 18, 2025. This year’s theme, “A Call for Health Justice,” is a summons for health equity advocates to present on the programs and initiatives that have helped move the needle toward improved health outcomes in our communities. Within our Wellness and Chronic Disease Reduction, Institutional Reform, and Economic Advancement conference tracks, we offer stimulating panel discussions, engaging breakout sessions, and networking opportunities for attendees.
