STEPP and CCPD Conference Planning Solicitation

Solicitation Number: RFP 2023000225 Do you know a vendor with experience hosting events? The STEPP team and CCPD are soliciting for a vendor to plan the STEPP and CCPD FY24 grantee conference. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from qualified Offerors who have a proven track record of supporting successful and inclusive events, preferably in support and partnership with diverse communities. The Offeror will have experience identifying event requirements and expectations, soliciting and incorporating grantee feedback into conference planning, facilitating the conference’s content advisory group and creating an agenda, producing the conference program, being the liaison with the event facility vendor, developing and managing registrations, coordinating on-site logistics, providing necessary on-site conference support, managing pre- and post-event communications, providing and managing speaker fees/stipends, and conducting post-event evaluations.
