This guide is intended to educate dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and other patient-facing staff about tobacco and nicotine use in Colorado and encourages them to screen for tobacco and nicotine use with their patients and refer patients to one of Colorado’s free cessation programs (Colorado Quitline, My Life, My Quit, or Baby & Me Tobacco-Free).
