TA ecosystem and funding process flow

In response to the feedback we received, a workgroup was formed to help clarify TA roles and responsibilities.

Two documents were developed:

The A35 Funding Model details the flow and impact of STEPP funding through local agencies and projects. The TA Ecosystem is intended to be a high-level overview of the TA system and provides a snapshot of the roles and responsibilities of STEPP points of contact and subject matter experts, our statewide Technical Assistance (TA) Partners, Project Specific Program Providers and STEPP Grantees.
