The American Indian Commercial Tobacco Program (AICTP) is a service of National Jewish Health. Here is an AICTP success story: “I feel like only Natives can understand our struggle against cigarettes. It helps to talk to a Coach who has empathy. He’s gone nine months without having a cigarette. “I owe my success to the AICTP Quitline.” Joe, 54 Those who enroll in the AICTP receive coaching from native coaches. A message from an AICTP coach: “I know firsthand how difficult it can be to change a habit, which is why I am happy to be a part of the American Indian Commercial Tobacco Program,” she says. “I want to help you on your journey.
