Tobacco-Focused Community Profile: Phase 3 Guidance to be Released on June 10

Phase 3, the final phase of the Tobacco-Focused Community Assessment, is expected to be released on June 10. The Phase 3 Guidance is more of a primer when compared to Phase 1 & 2 guidance. It is focused on sharing assessment findings, strategies selected, and calls to action with community(ies); all of which is ongoing work, to be incorporated throughout the FY24-26 grant cycle.
