Tobacco Treatment Initiatives Specialist: Welcome, Delaney!

STEPP is excited to welcome Delaney MacMath to our team. Delaney started on November 16 in the Tobacco Treatment Initiatives Specialist role.

She will work with the Cessation Pillar to support programs, partnerships, and initiatives that reduce inequities related to commercial tobacco treatment access and cessation success. Delaney recently graduated from The George Washington University with an MPH in Health Promotion and has spent the last 5 years calling Washington, DC home, though her hometown in Georgia will always have a special place in her heart. In DC, she worked at various community-based organizations and university offices engaging in health promotion work with a focus on mental health, food access and nutrition, and environmental health. In her free time, she can usually be found trying new recipes using whatever is in season, going on long walks or hikes, searching for new music to listen to, or learning how to keep plants alive. She can't wait to start this new chapter in Denver and is excited to get to know you!

Please join us in welcoming Delaney to the Colorado tobacco control community.
