Updated Model Policy Standards for Colorado Communities

Recently updated documents outlining Model Policy Standards for Colorado Communities are available TFCO. The existing policy standards for indoor smoke-free were updated to reflect changes in the Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act resulting from the passage of House Bill 19-1076 and the policy standards for smoke-free multi-unit housing now include a five-step enforcement protocol. These internal documents are intended to inform grantees so they may effectively communicate with local policymakers.
