UpRISE recruiting youth-serving organizations and schools for Coalitions and Advocacy Burst Grants
UpRISE is recruiting youth-serving organizations and schools who wish to host youth coalitions. UpRISE coalitions explore a social justice approach to tobacco control and partner with young people to identify solutions to factors that lead to tobacco/nicotine use in your community. Young people will learn more about the ways in which the tobacco industry has abused its power and will gain a deeper understanding on how to initiate change in their community. If you are interested and want more information please feel free to contact us at daniel.4.martinez@cuanschutz.edu Advocacy mini-burst grants: UpRISE is providing short-term grants to youth serving organizations/schools who want to work on tobacco specific legislation in their community.
