VAPE WASTE Provides Opportunity to Build PARTNERSHIP with Schools
April 22nd marks EARTH DAY, a day to celebrate the achievements of the environmental movement and raise awareness of the need to protect Earth’s natural resources for future generations. According to the Pew Research Center, 76% of Generation Z (individuals currently between the ages of 12 and 27) consider climate change to be one of their biggest concerns, with 37% identifying it as their top concern. Overwhelmingly, young people care about the environment, and it’s an area that can cause anxiety for them as they think about the future. Inviting young people to reflect on vaping and tobacco use from an environmental perspective provides another opportunity to educate and empower youth.
