Won’t You Be My Tobacco-Free Neighbor?

One of the most challenging components of developing and executing a tobacco-free policy is managing the expectations about and the policy’s impacts on surrounding businesses, residents, and communities. The National Behavioral Health Network for Tobacco and Cancer Control has recently released a new resource to help organizations with this process. This guide supports organizations and their neighbors in collaborating on tobacco-free initiatives by providing meaningful engagement strategies, effective messaging, and solutions for addressing common barriers. View the guide, “Won’t You Be My Tobacco-Free Neighbor?”, via the National Behavioral Health Network for Tobacco and Cancer Control website.
