Portal Overview
This guide introduces you to the Colorado Tobacco-Free Communities grantee portal — what it contains, how it's organized, and how to get around quickly. Bookmark this page and return to it any time you need a refresher.
Use this guide when you need to:
- You're new to the program and logging in for the first time
- You need a quick reminder of where something lives
- You're onboarding a colleague to the portal
What the portal is for
The portal is your central hub for everything related to your grant. It's designed so you don't need to email the program team every time you need a poster, a deadline, or an answer — the most common things are right here, organized by task.
- Find and download campaign materials approved for grantee use
- Order printed materials through the Print Hub
- Register for trainings and view upcoming events
- Submit support requests and browse FAQs
- Access operational documents, templates, and key deadlines
Main sections at a glance
- Find Materials
The resource library. Search and filter by topic, audience, format, or campaign to find approved assets— such as social media graphics, fact sheets, videos, toolkits, and more. - Trainings & Events
Upcoming webinars, in-person trainings, and recorded sessions. You can register directly through the portal and add events to your calendar. - Print Hub
Order professionally printed materials at no cost to your organization. Browse by category, choose quantities, and submit your shipping information. - Get Help
Submit a support request, ask a question, or browse the FAQ. Use this section when you need customized materials, have a technical issue, or aren't sure where something belongs. - Grantee Tools
Operational guides, templates and forms, the grantee directory, and grant deadlines. This is the section you're in right now.
Tip: The left-hand navigation always shows your current section. Use it to jump between areas without losing your place.
Using search
The search bar at the top of every page searches across all materials, guides, and events at once. Start typing and results will appear in a dropdown — press Enter or click a result to go directly to that item.
- Search by keyword, topic, or format (e.g. "poster," "youth," "secondhand smoke")
- Results show the type and section so you know what you're clicking before you open it
- If you don't find what you need, use the "Help me find what I need" option to get guided to the right place
